Dr. Hadjiev, a Board Certified Sinus Specialist, sees, evaluates, and treats patients of all ages. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his Doctor of Medicine from Case Western Reserve University. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Hadjiev strives to provide the highest level of professionalism to each and every patient.

Dr. David Alejandro Sanchez is a Board Certified Allergist practicing in Brooklyn, New York. He is board certified in both Allergy & Immunology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties.

Dr. Sanchez completed his medical degree at Howard University College of Medicine in 2018, followed by his Internal Medicine residency at Mass General Brigham/Brigham and Women's Hospital from 2018 to 2021. He furthered his training with a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology, where he developed expertise in diagnosing and treating allergic and immunologic disorders.

As part of the Nectar Allergy & Asthma care team, Dr. Sanchez is dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients with a wide range of allergic conditions and immune system disorders.

Dr. Wei Wei Li specializes in addressing various allergic conditions, such as hives, sinus problems, eczema, and hay fever, focusing on providing expert care and personalized treatment. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Downstate Medical School and is certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Li’s professional expertise and compassionate approach ensure that her patients receive quality care in managing their allergies and achieving a better quality of life.

Dr. Alexander Babazadeh is a Board Certified Allergist who completed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at CUNY Downstate Health Sciences Center. He specializes in treating hives (chronic urticaria), eczema (atopic dermatitis), asthma, food allergies, and seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (hay fever). Dr. Babazadeh also provides immunotherapy through allergy shots.

Working alongside the Nectar Allergy & Asthma care team, Dr. Babazadeh is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care and developing effective treatment plans for patients with allergic disorders.

Garima Khanal is board certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant and is licensed to practice in the state of New York. She earned her Bachelors in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Northern Arizona University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Garima is passionate about allergy & immunology and has been working in this field for 4 years. She believes proper treatment and management of various allergic diseases can significantly improve one’s quality of life and is dedicated to providing education to her patients with the utmost care and compassion. She is an active member of the New York allergy and immunology academic community as a member of New York Allergy and Asthma Society (NYAAS), and often attends annual American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) and American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI) meetings to keep abreast of new research. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, working out, traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Laura DiGiulio is a licensed Physician Assistant in New York State, holding board certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She earned her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Office of Online & Distance Education. Laura also holds a Bachelor's degree from D'Youville University and studied Biology at Hamilton College, providing a strong foundation for her medical career.

Specializing in internal medicine, allergy and immunology, and ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care, Laura focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide range of allergies. Her expertise includes managing chronic allergic conditions and providing immunotherapy.

She actively maintains her certifications and engages in ongoing medical education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in her field. Donna Silvernail, PA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. She brings years of experience in allergy, and is known for her warm, attentive approach and clear communication style that helps patients feel informed and at ease.

Donna believes in building strong patient-provider relationships based on trust, empathy, and shared decision-making. Whether addressing chronic conditions or acute concerns, she is dedicated to creating personalized care plans that support long-term health and wellness.
