Refund Policy

1. For Full Refunds. In order to obtain a full refund, you must initiate a diagnosis product return request by emailing, provided such return request is initiated within fifteen (15) days upon the delivery of the diagnosis product to you. In order to qualify for a full refund, the diagnostic product(s) must be unused and sealed in the original package with all original materials provided in their complete condition. We will issue a full refund minus the price of shipping to your order.

2. For Subscription Refunds. If you have purchased a quarterly or annual subscription and submit your cancellation request within seven (7) days before your next prescription product shipment, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of pre-paid fees for unshipped prescription products. Prescription products that have already been shipped cannot be refunded.

3. Defective Product and Returns Due to Product Error. If the item you ordered is damaged or defective at the time of its receipt please email to initiate a replacement. Such a request must be initiated within fifteen (15) days upon the receipt of the product. Replacement order will be shipped once a claim is submitted and approved by Nectar's support team. If our service team concludes from inspection that the returned diagnostic product is not defective, you will not be issued a new diagnostic product.

4. Refund Credit. The refund will be executed within four (4) weeks upon the day. In most cases you will receive the refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for product inspection (up to 5 business days) or with your bank or credit card company (up to 10 business days). Once your credit is prepared, we will ask you for the details of your refund address or account. All refunds are issued by the method of payment used by you in order to pay for the diagnosis product. Once your return is processed we will send you a confirmation email. Canceled orders or returned merchandise that qualify for a full or partial refund will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method used by the customer for the original purchase.
