Refund Policy
Nectar Allergy & Asthma is committed to clear, fair refund practices for our patients. This policy governs refunds for products and prescribed treatments purchased through Nectar.
1. Prescription and Compounded Products Prescription products, including compounded sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) and compounded nasal sprays, are personalized to each patient and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. This is standard practice for patient-specific compounded medications and protects patient safety and medication integrity.
2. Subscription Cancellations and Prorated Refunds Patients on quarterly or annual subscription plans may cancel at any time through the patient portal at dashboard.mynectar.com or by contacting support@mynectar.com. If a cancellation request is received at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled shipment, patients are eligible for a prorated refund of pre-paid fees for any prescription products that have not yet been shipped. Shipped products are not eligible for refund.
3. Provider-Initiated Discontinuation If a Nectar provider determines that a treatment plan should be discontinued for clinical reasons, patients will receive a prorated refund for any pre-paid prescription products that have not yet been shipped.
4. Damaged or Defective Shipments If a prescription product arrives damaged or defective, please email support@mynectar.com within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Upon review and approval by our support team, we will ship a replacement at no additional charge.
5. Refund Timing and Method Approved refunds are processed within four (04) weeks of approval. Most refunds are issued sooner, but processing time may include up to 5 business days for internal review and up to 10 business days for the bank or card issuer to post the credit. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
