Where are Birch Trees found?

Birch trees are found all over the Northern Hemisphere, specifically in Central and Northern Europe. They grow best in temperate climates with light, fertile and acidic soil conditions.

It’s estimated that 20%-70% of people allergic to birch also have oral allergy syndrome, a type of food allergy that develops after the pollen allergy.
